We understand that arranging a trip for a large group can be a daunting task. To assist us in planning the best activities and accommodations for your group, please provide us with an estimated number of people and the maximum number of individuals who may participate.
If the actual number of people in your group is less than your estimated number, changing your reservation will be a simple process. However, if the number of people in your group grows significantly, we may need to modify your booking and itinerary to ensure availability.
The amount of the initial deposit can vary depending on the specifics of your booking. Typically, it falls within the range of 20-30% of the total cost. Once we have this information, we’ll be able to provide you with an exact deposit amount.
Once we’ve agreed on an itinerary that matches your preferences, we will ask for the initial deposit payment to secure your booking. After receiving the deposit, your booking will be confirmed.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things don’t go according to plan. That’s why we offer travel cancellation insurance to ensure that if any member of the group is unable to attend, they will receive a refund.

The price partially includes travel expenses. You are responsible for booking and purchasing your own flight tickets. However, we will take care of all other arrangements, such as transportation from the airport to your accommodation in Zagreb and any other necessary transportation for the activities listed in your itinerary.
